Breakfast: Surprise!!! Two egg scramble
Morning Workout: Rest
Morning Snack: half a banana
Lunch: Huge Salad and wait for it, wait for it, a microwaved Potato
Evening snack: Organic nonGMO Blue Corn Chips
Evening Workout: Red Hot Core
Dinner: Panera pick two: 1.)Asian Chicken Salad (250ish calories) 2.)Low Fat Chicken Noodle (80 calories) Black Coffee
The extra is that the TeamDDPYoga YoutubeYogaFreaks challenge, Plank with a silly hat on Exploded in popularity over last night and today. I am really happy that this happened and it even brought one person back in from their fall. I thank Liz (http://lizddpyoga.com/) and Christina ( http://www.bodyrebooted.com/) for keeping it alive while I got my ass in gear and did it. Now it has spread like wildfire.
