Sunday February 23rd, 2014 somewhat Daily Check In:

Breakfast: Two Egg Scramble
Workout: 5 mile run to break in new running shoes.
Lunch/Dinner: I was bad, I had fast food. (Just being Honest) This is not a huge slip, just starving after a five mile run and Jesse wanted a Lego Movie cup.
Evening Snack: Blue Organic Corn Chips.

The run felt great and I feel like I could have done more be 1.) I was starving, 2.) I was afraid to run too much further in brand new shoes.
I also finished my DDPYoga Challenge Group Wrap and Burn challenge.

Thursday February 20, 2014 Daily Check In (Day One all over again but in a good way)

Breakfast: Two Egg Scramble
Lunch: Huge Salad with the last of the leftover Chicken
Afternoon snack: One Ounce Raw Almonds
Afternoon Workout: DDPYoga Extreme: Hip, Back, and Knee Opener TUTORIAL followed by RHC
Dinner: Panera Pick Two, Cup of Chicken Noodle Soup and 1/2 Winter Power Salad (highly recommend)

So, the HBK tutorial was a real wake up call.  I truly felt like it was Day One Diamond Dozen all over again.  I felt awkward and clueless.  BUT on the same note at the end I FELT GREAT!!!!!  If you have the extreme DVDs I highly recommend popping that in when you feel adventurous.  I will try to add that to my weekly schedule, just the tutorial for now though.

Monday February 17th, 2014 Daily Check In: (plus my weekly challenge video)

Today I woke up feeling better than yesterday and I am glad for it. When I get sick I think it is the end of the world. I will never get better. THIS is the illness that I will die with, not kill me, but be with me for the rest of my life. I am sure some of you know what I mean.
Breakfast: Two Egg Scramble
Morning Snack: one ounce Raw Almonds
Lunch: Huge Salad
Dinner: Some breast of a roasted Chicken, asparagus, and brussell sprouts.
Evening Workout: Red Hot Core

While I feel that I could have done a full length workout today I felt it was better to just let my body recover.

Friday, February 14, 2014 Daily Check In:

Breakfast: Two Egg Scramble
Morning Workout: warmed up with RHC, then into Fat Burner
Lunch: Huge Salad and a nuked Potato
Afternoon Snack: One ounce Raw Almonds
Dinner: Panera pick two; Half Greek Salad, Cup of Turkey Chili, they are both Phase One compliant.

My workout was quite pitiful. Very little engagement. I even struggled with the 3 count pushups in FBer, which is down right shameful since I can normally handle the 10 count in Level One, but for whatever reason I was weak, but I DID NOT give up (trust me I wanted to). I do think that my sinuses are weighing me down, but I will not waste time with excuses.

Sunday February 9th, 2014: (tried something new)

Breakfast: Apple followed a Panera "Power Bowl" two egg whites, sliced turkey breast, spinach, some peppers I had not had before (very good) and a pesto sause.
Morning Snack: raw almonds
Lunch: Huge Salad
Afternoon snack: Raw Almonds, and this is where the plan fell apart, Eight Chips Ahoy Chocolate Chip cookies. That is a success only because there are some left in the house
Dinner: Thai Resturant something or other. Mostly grilled veggies. I am pretty sure it was healthy but not 100% sure.
No workouts today, not even my RHC challenge. SORRY PHILLY. When my arm heals I will do two-a-days to make up for however many I miss, hopefully only two at the most. I just don't want to mess up my beautiful artwork on my forearm.

Day 273. Accountability.

Yesterday I posted a video proclaiming I had lost 102 pounds.  I am very proud of that.  And it only took nine months!!!!....I am not so proud of that way?  Because I could have done it about six weeks sooner had I let someone know I was slipping.
You see, Thanksgiving was my first "Food Holiday" since starting my Journey to Fitness.  I did not handle it well, and I did not let people know that.  I stopped posting on TeamDDPYoga.com, I didn't do my update videos. I didn't post on Facebook that I was sliding out of control.  I didn't call the people that have kept me most accountable (Philly and Petey).  I was VERY LUCKY in the fact that I got to met Rich Graham in person during this slide.  Had it not been for that, I fear that I my have lost it all together and gained dozens of pounds.  I know that the holidays are that dangerous.
Two weeks ago I decided enough was enough, and I started to eat MUCH better and started to exercise more regularly.  Then this past Monday I fully recommitted myself to 100% clean eating and daily exercise. I started an "Accountability Group" on Facebook and logged daily my food intake and workout.
IN ONE WEEK I lost 12 pounds pushing me over that beautiful "100 pounds off" mark.  All because I made myself accountable for my actions. Twelve pounds in six days, when I could not lose them over the previous two months of not making myself accountable for my own actions.
I ask all of you that read this Blog. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, make yourself accountable.  If you can't make yourself "self-accountable" reach out and find someone that will do it for you. I am sure if you ask someone will do it.  You are always more than welcome to join my Facebook Group:
